This site is run by joalku. This page covers joalku.com. The joalku app will have its own policy when it launches.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you enter it in the form. That's the only thing you type in.
- A scrambled version of your IP address, each time the form is sent. We use it only to stop anyone from flooding the form. It can't be turned back into your address, and it's deleted after one hour.
- Standard hosting logs. Like every website, our host (Vercel) keeps technical logs of visits, which include IP addresses. We use them only to keep the site running.
What we don't do
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no ads. We don't sell or share your email. Our fonts are served from this site, so no outside font service sees your visit.
What we do with your email
We send one email when joalku opens. After that one email is sent, the list is no longer needed and is deleted.
That email may be sent through an email delivery service, which handles your address only to deliver it.
Where it's kept
In a database run by Neon, on servers in the United States.
Removing it
Write to hello@joalku.com from that address and we'll delete it.
Do Not Track
joalku.com doesn't track you, and no outside service tracks you through it, so there's nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. The site works the same either way.
Age
joalku is for guests 21 and over, and this form isn't meant for anyone younger.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
